Earthquake Cake

    You will need:
  • 1 cup chopped nuts, pecans are best
  • 1.5 cups coconut
  • 1 German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 - 18 ounce pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar

Spray 9x13-inch pan with nonstick food release. Spread in pan nuts and coconut. Mix cake mix according to directions and pour over nuts and coconut. In a sauce pan melt butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar to butter and mix well. Pour and spread this over cakemix. Bake at 350 F for about 45 min.
